Air Plants are fun and exotic plants that require little care or attention. Simply mist or dunk them in water 1-2 times per week and provide bright light and air circulation.

Please Note: Every natural element we use, (shells, air plants, stones, moss, etc.) is unique and beautifully one of a kind. Your elements will look similar to those pictured, but will vary in their color and shape.

Cold Temperatures
Air plants are sensitive to temperatures below 50 degrees F. If your temperature at shipping time is less than 40 degrees F we recommend that you add a Heat pack ($3.00) to your order to protect your air plants. Heat packs can be purchased separately in our Shop.

Refunds
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds on any orders placed.

Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition, and live air plants leave our shop in good, healthy condition. However, on occasion, damages do occur. If your contents arrive damaged, or if there is an error on our part, exchanges will be offered. If an item shipped to you is found to be defective please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us by email nowandzenterrariums [!at] gmail.com. Include the following information:

1. Name of purchaser
2. Date order was placed and/or received
3. Name of item
4. Picture of damaged item

We will respond to your request in a timely manner.
